Eligibility is a bit complicated, and each
situation is unique. We recommend consulting
the State Social Insurance Agency to see
if you’re eligible. EU/EEA/Swiss nationals
that pay taxes in Latvia could be eligible, but
unfortunately, other country nationals are not.
